  Todd Green resolved on favorable terms a case against his client, a former partner in a medical practice, for breach of contract, interference with contract and breach of fiduciary duty. After several years of litigation and on the eve of arbitration, the opposing party dismissed its claims for no compensation.

  Green LLP prevailed in the Court of Appeal on behalf of its client, Corinthian Colleges. The Court of Appeal affirmed a trial court judgment in Corinthian's favor in a commercial lease dispute involving the exercise by Corinthian of an early termination clause. The result saved Corinthian more than $1 million in potential damages.

  Todd Green defends a large restaurant chain in a class action lawsuit alleging unpaid overtime wages. Todd successfully opposes the plaintiffs' motion for class certification and the case settles shortly thereafter.

  Todd Green obtains a complete defense verdict for his client, a commercial tenant, in a declaratory relief action regarding whether his client had properly exercised a right to terminate the lease early. This result saves the client in excess of $1 million in rent.
